🛍️ Orders

How do I place an order?

Select your item, choose your size and color, then add it to your cart. Then follow the payment steps to finalize your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after confirmation?

Orders are processed quickly. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@heyshape.fr. We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has shipped.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your delivery directly via the provided link.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All transactions are secured via an SSL protocol. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and Shop Pay.

What are the delivery times?

In metropolitan France, allow 3 to 5 business days. For international deliveries, times vary between 5 and 10 business days depending on the destination.

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free for all orders over €80 in metropolitan France. Below this amount, shipping costs apply and are calculated at checkout.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver to many countries in Europe and around the world. Shipping costs and delivery times are indicated at checkout according to your delivery country.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

Contact us at contact@heyshape.fr with your order number and photos if the package is damaged. We will handle your case as quickly as possible.

How do I choose my size?

Each product page has a detailed size guide. We recommend taking your measurements (bust, waist, hips) and comparing them to our size chart before ordering.

Are HEYSHAPE products suitable for all body types?

Yes! Our collection is designed to enhance all silhouettes. Our shapewear, bodysuits, and lingerie are available in a wide range of sizes to fit every body.

What is the composition of your products?

Our products are made from premium quality materials: microfiber, lace, polyamide, and elastane. The exact composition is indicated on each product page.

How do I care for my HEYSHAPE items?

To preserve the quality and longevity of your items, we recommend hand washing or machine washing at a maximum of 30°C on a delicate cycle, without wringing or tumble drying. Consult the care labels on each product.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an unworn item, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

How do I make a return?

Contact us at contact@heyshape.fr with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment.

Are returns free?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error or a defective product.

When will I be refunded?

The refund is processed within 7 to 10 business days after receipt and verification of your return, via the payment method used for the order.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?
